    Visit https://yourdomain.com/sitemap.xml in your browser. You should see an XML file listing your site's pages. If you see a 404 or an error, check that your site is published and your domain is properly connected.

    Publish your site

    Wix only generates a sitemap for published sites. If your site is in draft mode, the sitemap will not exist. Click "Publish" in the Wix Editor. After publishing, wait a few minutes and check /sitemap.xml again.

    Configure which pages appear in the sitemap

    Go to Dashboard > SEO > SEO Tools > Sitemap. Wix shows you which pages are included in and excluded from the sitemap. By default, all published pages, blog posts, and store products are included. If a page is set to "noindex" in its SEO settings, it will be excluded from the sitemap automatically.

    Submit to Google Search Console

    Go to Google Search Console > Sitemaps. Enter "sitemap.xml" in the URL field and click Submit. GSC will start processing it and report how many URLs were discovered versus indexed. Check back in 24–48 hours for the initial results.

Can I exclude specific pages from the Wix sitemap?
